- Steno Typist : 11 posts, Pay Scale : Rs. 5910-20200 grade pay Rs.2000
- Clerk : 133 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.5910-20200 grade pay Rs.1900
- Manial Assistants : 31 posts, Pay Scale : Rs. 5910-20200 grade pay Rs.1900
Age : 18-37 years as on 31/01/2011.
Application Fee : Rs.700/- (Rs.350/- for SC, No fee from Ex-SM) by DD/ Pay Order/ Bankers Cheque/ Postal Order in favour of Director Food and Supplies payable at Chandigarh. Candidate should write their name and addresses on the back side.
